Meet Laure Adam, 14th generation of the wine-making family behind domaine Jean-Baptiste ADAM, who will teach you about biodynamic methods and their influence on the Kaefferkopf Grand Cru wines... “Without life in the soil, there cannot be any terroir effect.”
Inspired by ancient practices, biodynamics is a natural method influenced and measured by the rhythms of the earth and moon. Based on boosting the vitality and resistance of plants by improving the natural exchanges between the earth and roots, the sky and the leaves, it aims to enhance the “terroir” effect in the grapes and in turn, in the wine.


Learn step-by-step, through a comparative tasting, how biodynamics relates to viticulture and its expression in the Kaefferkopf Grand Cru wines. Take the time to dine in one of our recommended gourmet restaurants, chosen for the quality of their cuisine, and indulge your tastebuds with the subtle pairings of carefully-prepared, seasonal, local produce and Kaefferkopf Valley Grand Crus wines.
