Description Alsace has a great many winegrowers who work with the utmost respect for nature, so why not take a trip in the Kaysersberg Valley and learn more about the philosophy behind biodynamics? In Katzenthal, visit the historic family estate of Vignoble Klur, whose wine-growing tradition dates back to the 17th century, and meet winegrowers Francine and Clément KLUR, who farm 7 hectares of vines and make their wine in specially designed, eco-friendly buildings.

The connection between terroir and wine stems from the vineyard and is influenced not only by the way the vines and soil are farmed, but also by taking a more holistic view of the environment that extends as far as the planets and cosmos. Our winegrowers will teach you about their organic and biodynamic farming principles through an entertaining wine tasting experience...

Deepen your knowledge of the Alsace Grands Crus by tasting three of these exceptional wines in one of our recommended restaurants, where your tastebuds will be delighted by dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal produce and matched with Grands Crus wines from the Kaysersberg Valley.

Prolong the fun by renting an e-bike (for an extra charge) and take a spin along one of the many cycle tracks of the Kaysersberg Valley.
